Noah Fardo in his 22nd year with Flaherty Fardo and has been the Managing Partner since 2004. He is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully litigated numerous million dollar and multi-million dollar recoveries for clients involving serious personal injuries, medical malpractice and business related lawsuits.
A Rocky fan growing up in the 1980's, Attorney Noah Fardo has always favored the underdog, and has taken that underdog mentality in successfully litigating and resolving cases against some of the largest healthcare, financial, and equipment companies in the world, including cases against UPMC, Walmart, Caterpillar, and Google.
He began his career as an attorney with the firm in 1999, and has over 20 years experience as a Pennsylvania trial lawyer in a broad array of personal injury and malpractice cases including, but not limited to wrongful death cases, medical malpractice lawsuits, car, truck and ATV accidents, as well as product liability and firework accident cases.
The most important part of his practice has always been client satisfaction. He believes that the practice of law is both a service and a result oriented business. "If you care about your clients, treat them well, and are successful, they will be clients for life, and will refer anyone else who needs a lawyer." This approach has led to countless referrals and friendships over the years. "Having a client from 10 or 15 years ago still reach out and say "thank you", or just say "hello" is the ultimate compliment. I want my clients to not only appreciate that I did everything I could for them, but also believe that I really cared about them and their case as well."
Attorney Fardo has been interviewed both locally and nationally by the USA today concerning medical malpractice errors. He is recognized in the top one percent of all lawyers by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel and selected as one of the top 100 civil plaintiff trial lawyers in Pennsylvania by the National Trial Lawyers Association multiple times.
