Shawn Flaherty is the founding partner of the Pittsburgh law firm Flaherty Fardo. He has over thirty (30) years of experience in litigating cases in both the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania in a variety of civil litigation matters. He focuses on car accidents and personal injury lawsuits.

Attorney Noah Fardo is a Pennsylvania trial lawyer entering his 25th year with the firm. His practice focuses on medical malpractice, wrongful death and serious personal injury claims.

Attorney Bill Rogel is a Partner who focuses on medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Mr. Rogel was added a Partner in 2013, and added as a named Partner in 2019. He was recognized by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers 10 years in a row.

Attorney Nicole Hauptman Amick is a Partner who specializes in property tax appeals and general real estate matters. She has been recognized by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers 11 years in a row. Ms. Amick was added as a Partner in 2013, and added as a named Partner in 2019.

Attorney Jaclyn M. DiPaola joined the firm as an attorney after becoming admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 2016. She became a partner at Flaherty Fardo Rogel & Amick in 2021. She specializes in debt collection cases, and also assists in personal injury and medical malpractice actions.
