Pittsburgh attorney Nicole Hauptman Amick was named as a 2018 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star for the fourth consecutive year. Attorney Hauptman was also awarded this prestigious distinction in 2015, 2016 and 2017 as well. Nicole is a 2008 graduate of Binghamton University, where she obtained a Bachelor of the Arts, magna cum laude, in Politics, Philosophy and Law with Honors. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa. Nicole then earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Pittsburgh Law School.
Nicole has been a partner with the Pittsburgh law firm of Flaherty Fardo, LLC since 2013. Her practice focuses primarily on real estate, accident law, medical malpractice, and business litigation. Specifically, Nicole has helped thousands of property owners in Western Pennsylvania with property assessment appeals, with extensive litigation experience at both the Board of Property Assessments Appeals and Review (BPAAR) and Board of Viewers (BOV).
