Attorney Nicole Hauptman Amick is a Partner with the Pittsburgh law firm of Flaherty Fardo Rogel & Amick. Ms. Amick was added as a Partner in 2013, and added as a named Partner in 2019.

In 2018, she was recognized for the fourth consecutive year by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers in the area of real estate as a rising star (an honor awarded to less than 2.5% of the attorneys in Pennsylvania).

Ms. Amick’s practice is focused in real estate, business and injury litigation.

Over the past decade, she has helped thousands of property owners in Allegheny County save tens of millions of dollars on both residential and commercial property taxes. Nicole has extensive experience concerning Allegheny County property assessments and at litigating cases in front of both the Allegheny County Board of Property Assessment Appeals and Review (BPAAR) and Board of Viewers (BOV). She also routinely helps defend property owners in tax appeals filed by the school districts and other taxing entities. Her clients have consistently showed their appreciation over the years by praising Nicole's efforts.

In addition, Ms. Amick regularly advises clients on numerous real estate issues, including boundary disputes, eminent domain, agreements of sales, deed transfers and general Pennsylvania real estate law. In July 2014, Ms. Amick was the focus of an article by Pennsylvania Homes, where she discussed common Pennsylvania real estate disputes.

In 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, Ms. Amick was selected by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.
